Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities of a Bar / Restaurant Supervisor:

As a Bar / Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the bar team on duty, ensuring exemplary guest service with a focus on consistently achieving internal and external standards.

You will look after drinks and food service and be responsible for the daily cash handling, end of session cashing up, together with opening and closing the pub. Proven experience of cellar management is desirable.

Applicants must be over 18 with 1 year minimum in similar role.
