Entertainment Technician - Hereford, Herefordshire

Role responsibilities:
Warner Leisure are currently recruiting for an Entertainment Technician, who will be an integral part to the entertainment team; they will be required to successfully deliver the performance through the use of Sound, Light and other Multi-media.
The range of productions offered at resorts is vast and can range from a soloist to a full-scale production, including lighting, sound, video, special effects and more.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Lifting and carrying equipment and sets (including the unloading and loading of vehicles)
Set up and operation of sound, lighting and multi-media systems throughout the hotel.
Basic stagecraft duties
Health and Safety and risk assessments (Stage and Backstage areas)
Working at Heights
To contact and Liaise with visiting artistes which includes get-in and get-out of equipment
Carry out basic levels of maintenance
Assist with the creative element of the performance through sound, lighting and multi- media
To assist with stage management duties, to ensure all entertainment runs smoothly and successfully.
Attend team meetings when required
To report directly to the Entertainments Manager in the Hotel
The ideal candidate should have:
Have good communication skills
Be a committed Team Player including being flexible and enthusiastic passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service
Have a problem-solving attitude
Confident to work on own initiative as necessary
Have knowledge of technical procedures, and systems
Creative skills
Have a practical knowledge of maintaining technical equipment (preferred although not essential.
