Membership Manager - City of London & Victoria

Full-time | £24,000 base salary, OTE +c.£18,000 (commissions uncapped)

City Athletic is looking for an enthusiastic, diligent, and dedicated Membership Consultant Manager (Full Time) to join the team located in The City of London and Victoria. This role is for an existing Sales Consultant looking to step up within the role or a Membership Manager who is looking for a new challenge as part of a dynamic team looking to grow as the business expands.

Your skills and time will be devoted to the membership sales process, which in turn supports the financial wellbeing of the Club. You will act as the main point of contact for potential new Club members to achieve your sales performance targets, whilst providing outstanding customer care and experience to all prospective and existing members.

This is a "Group Role" across a multi-site business and will involve a relaunch of our City of London facility.

Responsibilities:

• To be the first point of contact for all new member enquiries via booking tours and appointments. Sell membership packages to prospective members. To take responsibility for the delivery of lead generation via in-reach and outreach. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's to achieve overall targets set within the business.

Requirements:

• AT LEAST TWO YEARS EXPERIANCE IN MEMBERSHIP SALES/ MANAGEMENT
