The Role:

Support the daily operation of the Leisure, Activities and Entertainment departments

Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers

Ensure that daily operation of the pool and activities is carried out in line with standard policies and procedures

Ensure that activity areas and equipment are maintained to a high standard

Maximise activity opportunities, by up selling and having great product knowledge

Be responsible for first aid requirements, including reporting accidents and incidents to the management team.
