We are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager at Here + Now.
Location: Reading - Thames Valley Park
Rate of pay: £33,000 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
You will be... Overall responsibility for the operation, in house sales, finance and development of the business within the specific site of CH&CO, ensuring the service is managed in line with the client requirements and the CH&CO brand. Key responsibilities and accountabilities • Ensure that the client expectations of food and food service are consistently deliveredand measured and are in line with the CH&CO brand.
• Set clear expectations to all staff regarding food and service standards to ensure that all
services provided are of the highest standards.
• Continual review of the service and food provided in the site, providing feedback to the
team and ensuring any necessary changes are incorporated into the service provision.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the
individual business.
• Be the first point of reference for all client comments and concerns and take any
necessary action.
