As a Macdonald’s Night Receptionist, you will be vital in delivering an outstanding experience to all our guests.

Outline Job Description:

Our Night Receptionists play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests.

• To manage the smooth running of the night audit procedures and reception back office
• Ensure delivery of the highest standards of product and service 
• Maintain a secure environment for our team and guests during the night - regular H&S walks/patrols
• Responding to guest requests
• Check-in guests
• Completion of night audit procedure & balancing of daily accounts
• Ensure reception and public area is clean
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Duty management shifts

Salary: £10 per hour, 40hrs per week, full-time and part-time
