Based: Lee Valley White Water Centre Location: Waltham Cross Salary: 26,706

 

Staff are required to do shift work, including early morning, late nights, weekends and bank holidays.

 

GLL is looking for a Catering Supervisor to join the team at the Lee Valley White Water Centre.

 

The Terrace Bar Caf at the White Water Centre is an impressive facility. The catering team pride themselves on delivering an effective and efficient Bar/caf service with high levels of service by way of preparation, serving and delivery of fresh food and drinks, so you'll need to be just as passionate as they are. You'll be responsible for the day to day running of the caf operation; This includes; coordination of staff, customer services and stock control, to ensure the caf environment runs efficiently as well as maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with strict Health and Safety requirements. Ideally, you'll have previous experience working as a supervisor with good customer care skills. You'll hold a Food Hygiene certificate, have good organisation skills, knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substance Hazardous to Health and have experience leading a team.
