Customer Service Associate - Part Time, 8 Hours Per Week, Work From Anywhere

What You’ll be Doing
Whether it’s getting answers for members quickly, using your knowledge and experience to provide relevant information or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be what makes our member experience exceptional..
The role will involve answering all incoming communications from customers via various written channels. For more complex issues there will be a requirement to investigate and liaise with other members of the team.
What we're looking for:
- 6 months or more of customer services experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent standard of written English
- Computer savvy
- Experience using Zoho / Hubspot desirable but not essential

The role is for 8 hours per week, to be worked at a schedule to suit you from anywhere in the world. All we ask is that urgent customer enquiries are processed within 1 business day. You will also need to be able to travel to London for in person meetings, not more than once per quarter. As the business grows there is scope for the role to expand as required. Pay is £12 per hour.
