Customer Success Executive (Groups) - Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

  • Status: Full time
  • Contract terms: Permanent
  • Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week : the hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30, and alternate weekends 09:00 – 13:00
  • Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
  • Salary Banding: £22,000 - £24,000 pa

Description:

Taking full ownership for the booking and administration requirements of a portfolio of existing Group Holiday Organisers the Group Travel Sales Executive is also responsible for searching out, forging strong relationships and driving sales with new customers.

The roles’ responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Handling group booking enquires by phone, email & face to face
  • Cross selling to available holiday products and country houses
  • Looking for new, exciting ways to match customer and business needs to secure bookings
  • Develop trusting relationships with new group organisers, ensuring their future loyalty
  • Develop good working relationships with your existing portfolio which results in loyalty & repeat business
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business & suppliers to arrange the groups’ requirements
  • Administer all elements of a group booking from initial enquiry until the end of their holiday
  • Representing HF Holidays in a confident professional manner at events and exhibitions
  • Increase knowledge of product through training and Familiarisation visits
  • Conducting visits and / or attend exhibitions or team meetings which may require overnight stays
  • Other administration tasks as required by the department and business

Person Specification:

  • Experience of delivering the highest standard of customer service, always
  • Recent sales experience in a similar environment
  • Sales driven and enjoys working towards targets
  • Self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative
  • Strong administration and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • A high standard of oral and written communication skills
  • Confident in constructively challenging current process and making suggestions that will help improve the customers experience
  • Positive, energetic disposition
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • Make decisions and work as part of a diverse team
  • Flexibility in working hours due to occasions requiring overnight stays
  • Interest in travel and holidays
