• ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standards in terms of colour, content, balance, freshness and flavour.
• ensure all catering services are provided as agreed with the client contract and to CH&CO company standards.
• prepare and maintain the food service area in an attractive and hygienic manner.
• ensure all legal and company standards are adhered to in respect of Hygiene, Healty & Safety Employment Law for all staff, visitors and customers.
• complete all required company training as requested.
