Extreme Assistant - Sutton Sports Village

Trampoline Park Assistant

Based: Sutton, Surrey Flexible/Casual Hours

Up to 12.66 per hour

We're looking for Trampoline Park Assistants to help run Sutton Sports Village in Surrey, one of the most exciting facilities for kids sports and leisure. This location offers a Trampoline Park, with foam pits, assault course, trick zone, aeroball, battle beams and more, plus a huge Soft Play Park with ball pits, slides, trampolines, glow room, tree house and interactive features, so we're looking for an Assistant with a passion for these sports to work in this truly exciting environment. The location also provides four party rooms and a caf.

Working closely with the Assistant Manager, Duty Managers and Trampoline Park Supervisors, you'll ensure that the Park runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis by overseeing the operational processes such as reception, stock control, sales and promotions - as well as achieving financial and sales targets. You'll be able to relate to our customers and your energy and enthusiasm will ensure they have the most enjoyable time possible as well as staying safe. You'll be working with a team of like-minded people and encouraged to develop your ideas to help more people become active in non-traditional sports.

You'll be motivated and ambitious - always looking for the next challenge. You'll ideally have some customer-facing experience, but being an excellent communicator and driven in your work will also stand you in good stead. You will need to have good IT skills and be able to adhere to stringent health and safety requirements. As well as demonstrating your knowledge of extreme sports, you'll show a commitment to learn and develop within the team and in return, we'll help you to develop your career with us.

In return, we offer a range of benefits that you'd expect from the UK's largest leisure provider:

Pension schemes

Discounted membership at our leisure centres

Career pathways

Ongoing training and development to help you to be the best

If you want the chance to develop a career doing something you love, apply now.

Closing date: 30th June 2022
