We’re excited to offer a great opportunity for a dynamic, customer focused individual to join our fantastic, remote based Membership Support team.

You’ll need to show excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a passion to deliver a first class service to our members. You’ll be required to act as a role model for our Company ‘Visions and Values’, leading by example, showing genuine empathy and handling each query on a case by case basis.

We’re looking for someone who has bundles of energy and enthusiasm, a person who is self-motivated person but who also works well as part of a team, someone who wants to make a real difference to member experience.

Ideally, you’d have experience of working within a Customer Care/Contact Centre environment and be able to show times you’ve provided fantastic customer service. You should also be comfortable working with Microsoft Teams.

As a Membership Support Advisor, you’ll be responsible for answering member queries received via multiple channels.

* Please do keep in mind when applying that this role requires the flexibility to work shifts across 5 days between 8am & 8pm during the week and will include some weekends, working 9am & 5pm.
