The Programme Manager will report to the Head of Capital Proposition to assist in the delivery of ongoing Capex approved projects across the Butlins Group at Bognor Regis, Minehead and Skegness. These will range from small capex improvement works to multimillion-pound construction projects at our famous resorts.
The Programme Manager will lead in the delivery of the approved and varied project timeframes, assist in the assigning of works, managing the back-office support function, the monitoring of performance and ensuring safe practices are followed to expected levels of governance.
The Programme Manager will work with our pool of external consultants, approved contractor base and directly with our resort teams to ensure successful delivery and engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
The development and successful implementation of a programme management function.
As directed by the Head of Capital Proposition, to produce and maintain an annual programme management detailed solution which details all anticipated, forecasted and planned projects and recommendations.
Use set process's for communicating progress on projects, including project reporting tools, expenditure and status reports.
Ensure programme and projects are managed to ensure minimal disruption to guests and the wider business.
Effective engagement with key stakeholders to ensure awareness of programme and projects with key milestones, and initiate corrective action where required.
Ensure all programme plans are fully planned with project plans, dependencies and procedures.
Input into progress and project control reports for the wider stakeholders.
Deliver in accordance with project governance, administration and communication plans liaising with key stakeholders to ensure project documentation is fit for purpose and in line with approved requirements.
Effectively manage third party relationships with the supply chain including designers, contractors, equipment and material providers.
Co-ordinate and review projects to ensure any efficiencies are realised across the supply chain and that all inter-dependencies are met.
Ensure projects meet required building control, planning and health & safety standards.
Develop and implement an audit and review mechanism for all projects.
Assist the wider project team in budget management, ordering, regular meetings and communications.

Scope of Role:
Reporting to the Head of Capitol Proposition
Based in Head Office at Hemel Hempstead and Home Office

Knowledge and Skills:
A proven track record in Programme Management within retail, hospitality and or relevant sectors.
Experience of working in a multi-site organisation.
A strong strategic vision.
Excellent IT including all Office Application, Communication and Presentation Skills.
Able to build strong relationships with a diverse internal team and external stakeholders
