We are recruiting an experienced and determined General Manager to join on of our spectacular and critically acclaimed restaurants. It’s an exciting time to join the San Carlo Family as the restaurant group is growing in the UK and internationally - with incredible opportunities to grow and develop within the business. The General Manager we are looking for will have the knowledge and expertise to hit the ground running, the ability to lead with example and to drive the restaurant from strength to strength.

The desired General Manager will:

• Have experience in the day-to-day running of a busy restaurant floor, ensuring a seamless dining experience is accomplished
• Have experience managing and training employees in a high-pressured environment
• Be versatile, a great team leader and willing to help other to achieve their maximum potential
• Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, food, and drink
• Have excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise workloads, be a good communicator, organiser and problem solver
• Be a self-motivator and have stress resilience
• Have experience managing stock and cash processes
• Be positive and have a can-do attitude
