Passionate about customer service? Looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen within our One Leisure St Ives front of house Reception Team. We have 3 part-time positions available due to expanding our customer service provision. Each post is on a rolling rota including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. These permanent positions are for 26 hours or 18 hours per week.

Our aim is to provide the people of Huntingdonshire with the high-quality customer service they deserve. The Customer Advisors are the first point of contact for the public accessing One Leisure facilities at all four of our leisure centres in Huntingdon, St Neots, St Ives and Ramsey, via phone, email, face-to-face and social media.

The roles will predominantly be based at the One Leisure St Ives site. We are looking for highly motivated people with a positive and enthusiastic attitude to customer service to join our busy and supportive team. You will be familiar with working in a customer service environment and have excellent customer service skills, along with a good knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft packages and the internet. You must be able to assimilate a wide variety of information.

You will be provided with a comprehensive training programme, along with ongoing coaching and development from your team and Line Manager. For you, it’s a fantastic opportunity to use your great customer service skills in a worthwhile way.
