We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our very successful company as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.  The individual must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages. Willing to learn, strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be required to;

 

  • Processing invoices for payment,
  • Statement reconciliation,
  • Query handling and resolution,
  • Sorting and scanning documents,
  • Indexing documents onto a portal,
  • General Administration duties.

The successful candidate will come to work with a “can do" attitude. You will be expected to prioritise work effectively whilst working towards strict deadlines. The ability to work effectively within a small team is required. This position is available on a full-time and part-time basis.
