This 105-bedroom Hotel boasts The Old Rangoon Restaurant, which serves continental and traditional dishes, including an ‘a la carte’ menu. The hotel's bar, on the other hand, is more relaxed and serves lighter bites throughout the day until late evening. Thanks to our 24-hour room service, guests can also order light meals and drinks any time. Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Conference & Banqueting Administrator onto the team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  •  Basic administrative duties.
  •  Making telephone calls.
  •  Answering email and telephone enquiries.
  •  Inputting information gathered onto spreadsheets.
  •  Reporting to supervisor.

The successful candidate must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages. Willing to learn, eye for detail, and good communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate will face tasks with a “can do” attitude, will have excellent communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels and an attention to detail.
