Food and Beverage Assistants/ Waiters and Waitresses - Weybridge, Surrey
Oatlands Park Hotel is looking for Food and Beverage Assistants/ Waiters and Waitresses to join our busy restaurant.
Main purpose of the job:
- The Food and Beverage Assistant is responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all guests in line with the hotel vision and values
- To undertake bar, restaurant and food service duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to guest needs
- To build a good rapport with guests and resolve any complaints or issues in line with company standards
- To be responsible for accurate and efficient processing of table orders and guest billing processes
- To undertake all training as required. (First Aid, Health and Safety, Customer Service)
- To serve food and drink in line with company standards (SOP) over breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

Company
Oatlands Park Hotel is steeped in royal history. The magnificent grounds were originally the site of a grand Tudor palace built by Henry VIII in 1538. Other monarchs, including Elizabeth I, James I and Charles I, also resided at Oatlands during their reign.
Over the centuries, the house and grounds have been rebuilt and remodelled several times, and in different styles, by a string of wealthy tenants. Oatlands Park opened as a hotel for the first time in 1856. The South Western Hotel, as it was known then, played host to a number of world-famous guests including writer Emile Zola, novelist Anthony Trollope and artist and poet Edward Lear.
The current owners bought the hotel in 1986 and have lovingly restored and refurbished it, retaining the unique character of the listed buildings and grounds.
