Regional Manager- Sports & Leisure - Midlands - £35-40K+ benefits

Our client is one of the fastest growing sports and leisure service providers in the U.K with new sites added to their operation every month. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to create a new midlands region around Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and Leicestershire, and as such, we are looking for a Regional Manager.

The role:

• Coach, support and inspire your operational team to be the best they can every day.
• Strive to deliver a fantastic customer experience throughout the customer journey creating a culture of excellence through the business.
• Develop and deliver strategies to help attract new customers into their sites and improve the bottom line.
• Ensure every level of the business is compliant with brand, operational and service standards
• Build strong relationships with key partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Support with mobilising new sites into the business.
• Contribute to the overall strategy for the business to move the business forward

The person:

• Energising, engaging and ambitious.
• Self-starter, able to manage your own schedule and prioritise effectively.
• Supportive, inclusive and empowering in your approach to leadership.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering operational and service excellence.
• Cluster, Area or Regional experience within the sports, coaching, leisure, educational or fitness industry.
• Full U.K. driving licence with flexibility to travel.
• Ideally living in Warwickshire, Northamptonshire or Leicestershire.
