Maintenance Manager - St Pierre Park Hotel & Spa

We have a new opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our team at St Pierre Park Hotel & Spa in Guernsey.

Ideally the new Maintenance Manager would live out on island, but accommodation may be available for the right candidate charged at £87 per week. 

This is a full time position working mainly day time hours between 7am and 5pm over 5 days which will include weekends.

The successful candidate will need to be confident all aspects of the Hotels Maintenance administration particularly with regards to Health & Safety, as well as have a good all round knowledge of maintenance

We are looking for someone who will remain calm under pressure (regardless of any spanner being thrown in the work), has an eye for detail and will look after the Hotel and staff accommodation like it’s their own.

To be successful you will have lots of different skills in your toolbox, from plumbing to carpentry and decorating to tiling. You will also have experience in Health & Safety management and maintaining accurate records.

Being a Maintenance Manager requires patience and dedication, a sense of humour, stamina and the ability to turn your hand to anything.
