We're looking to recruit a Head Chef who will be responsible for overseeing the smooth, safe, hygienic running of the kitchen in The Beachcomber Inn, our busiest retail food outlet on resort. You will lead from the front whilst supervising and assisting in the production and presentation of food, ensuring the team deliver an amazing experience that our guests will value and remember.

Purpose of the role:
Lead and develop the kitchen team to deliver a fantastic dining experience
Maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness with both the team and the working environment
Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation as well as company policy
Ability to analyse KPI's to control food costs and labour
To follow and implement stock control systems to maximise gross profit margin
Competence to comply with menu specifications and ensure they are implemented and maintained by the team
