You will have a proven track record of serving delicious food with the ability to motivate and manage an efficient kitchen team.

Meeting statutory requirements will be second nature to you, and previous experience of achieving excellent results and feedback on compliance will be evident.

The pub

This fantastic pub is ideally located on the outskirts of Congleton and around a mile’s drive to Biddulph. Our investment will ensure the pub is a standout venue to dine and drink with family and friends. Guests will love the stunning, new outdoor area planned with views of the woodland and neighbouring golf course.

The rear garden can seat over 100 guests for dining and drinking, in addition to the 80 internal covers, accessible through a new doorway in the central aspect. This area will serve as a great first view looking down on the tiered garden area, where guests will venture and select their favourite spot to absorb the picturesque surrounds.

The pub has two rooms served by sections of the same bar. The entrance provides different options for each side of the pub allowing designation for diners or drinkers. Restrooms reside on the rear corridor, and the kitchen and cellar are all at floor level. You will have private accommodation on the premises to ensure you are a quintessential part of your local community.

The development

Our investment will upgrade the building whilst keeping the intrinsic traditional look and feel. The garden will become a beacon for the pub’s offering, enticing guests all year round with its cover, lighting and heating designed for all-season comfort. Alongside tonnes of day to day support and a brilliant framework to grow the business, we provide an uncapped cut of top line turnover to pay yourself and your team in exchange for your Management Company providing the management services at the pub - it's your structure to own, subject to management company costs including, but not limited to, staff costs, minor repairs and maintenance at the pub, security/door staff and insurance. We understand how important it is for a Management Company to completely own their own team.
