The role

You are the face of Nelson’s Bar – a driven and motivated individual with the knowledge, personality, enthusiasm and flair to give our guests a truly enjoyable experience every visit. You will be a great team player who demonstrates confidence through knowledge across wine, cocktails, spirits, beer and more.

Our amazing bar full of charm and character will be your stage to really make an impression on all our guests.

What you can expect at every job:

Your duties may include wowing guests with spectacular cocktails, pulling pints, keeping the bar stocked as well as some cash handling. Whether it's a local pub or a trendy cocktail bar, you need to deliver five-star service each and every time. Most importantly, you need to follow Hygiene, Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines.

• Knows the difference between white wine and champagne
• Can make a mean Martini
• Communicates well in English, any other languages is a plus
