The role of the General Manager is to be responsible for all aspects of managing the unit. In addition the General Manager is tasked with constantly challenging the current operation and researching new opportunities to increase revenue and profitability in their business. The General Manager has overall responsibility for ensuring the unit is operated and maintained to maximise profitability while ensuring that company standards, policies and procedures are maintained.

Hours - You are expected to work hours to meet the needs of the business.  The nature of the business means that you will be expected to work on evenings and weekends.
