We are looking for an Entertainment & Activities Booker to join our Entertainments and Activities Support Team. 

Reporting to the Entertainment & Activities Planning Manager, the role will be part of the Central Entertainments and Activities Support Team, working with all Teams across the business and external partners.  The essential purpose of this role is to book visiting artistes for both main-stage and alternative venues across the Warner estate via historic information and investigative knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with trusted agents/artistes, taking into consideration all elements of performance - sound requirements, accommodation, set-times, Riders etc

Working within set budget structure

Contracting of all bookings made

Updating and communicating changes in break names

Researching potential entertainment for Warner

Organising and attending showcases for new artistes

Administering guest and Team feedback

To be available to take out of office hour calls, should the need arise

To be successful you will have:

A passion for music, comedy and all other areas of entertainment

Technical/equipment knowledge a benefit, but not essential

Microsoft Office application knowledge (specifically Excel)

Know your way around a computer and quick to learn how to use the custom contract software (STi)

To carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Awareness of the Data Protection Act/GDPR and information security

Good understanding and standard of grammar, punctuation and spelling

Full, clean driving license
