About your role

We are looking to recruit a multi-functional role of Fitness Manager.

With external support from the Contract Manager.  You will be expected to lead and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the gym facility. You will take all necessary steps to ensure the gym is open, safe, and clean, equipment working and member engagement. The right individual will take a hands-on approach to service delivery & be able to work under their own initiative to 'get things done'. You must be confident, enjoy working independently and thrive on delivering a great fitness programme in corporate environment.

The main duties include the opening/closing of the building, management of equipment set-up, Delivering all activities/programmes the centre has to offer including classes, Personal training and small group personal training. Health and Safety management and monitoring, ensuring to always deliver a first class service for all customers and visitors. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career within the fitness industry. Especially for someone looking to one day run their own gym. This role will require regular Friday and weekend availability.
