Your role:

• Preparing the kitchen for service, including setting up equipment, food prep, storing deliveries and any other reasonable request from your kitchen manager
• Communicates preparation tasks to the team
• Ensures the kitchen is set up and ready for service
• Place daily orders to ensure the kitchen is always fully stocked
• Supervise preparation levels to keep wastage to a minimum
• Preparing food to order and working as part of a fun and supportive team
• Train, develop, and nurture the kitchen team to their full potential
• Ensures that all compliance checks have been completed on time and reported any irregularities to the line manager
