Cook - Laurel Court - Didsbury, Manchester

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent - 40 hours per week

You will be responsible for delivering a high quality catering service, planning menus with residents which are varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements.

You will manage our dedicated catering team, ensuring the highest standards of nutrition, hygiene and safety.

An experienced caterer is required, with good planning, budget and stock control abilities.

Excellent people skills are required to maintain positive relationships with residents and members of staff.

At Laurel Court, we provide residential, residential dementia and general nursing care for our 91 residents, in homely en suite accommodation. It's a wonderfully calm and welcoming space, where our passionate team deliver personalised care in a warm, supportive and friendly environment.
