Bar Manager - SW4 - London

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the bars operation
  • Implements checklists and delegations for their team
  • Place daily and weekly orders upon instruction
  • Complete a weekly stock take and reconciliation and report direct to the general manager
  • Serving customers across the bar and making each guest feel welcome and looked after
  • Serve drinks to spec. consistently and in a suitable amount of time
  • Carry out all daily bar responsibilities as stated on the weekly checklist
  • Complete all daily compliance checks within the correct time frame
  • Trains new employees to the required standard
  • Complete other reasonable tasks when requested from the management
  • Open and close the bar to the required standard
  • Report any issues or maintenance to the management team
