Salary: £25,000 per annum

What will I be doing?
As Senior Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading our experienced team of Floor Managers and catering team members to deliver exceptional service for meetings and events.
Manage the floor operations for meetings and events for between 10 to 1500 guests
Manage, train and develop the Floor Management team
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels
Optimise sales and contain costs in line with sub department targets, identifying any areas for action
Work with the Bars Manager to ensure stock takes are carried out and to ensure food and beverage cost control targets are maintained
Ensure training is carried out on an ongoing basis
Carry out team member briefings
Plan logistics of equipment specifics for events
