The Big Stuff

Our Kitchen Assistants/Porters ensure all back of house areas are kept clean, and observe COSHH and health and safety guidelines.
As an integral part of the kitchen team, our Kitchen Assistants/Porters contribute to the overall safety & security performance scorecard.
At the heart of our kitchen operations, each team member follows standardised processes designed to ensure a high quality & high standard of cleanliness & safety.

Salary - £10 per hour

The Standard Bits

To ensure working environment is in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards
Ensure proper storage of food and stock rotation
To ensure compliance with all kitchen safety requirements
To ensure the correct PPE is in place and guidelines are adhered to
To observe COSHH guidelines when handling hazardous substances
To Report any maintenance and, or, hazard issues to the supervisor on duty
Carry out general cleaning as directed by kitchen manager
