Receptionist | Fitzwilliam Hospital | Full/Part time???????

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our successful and dedicated Reception Team has arisen.  

This key role is responsible for ensuring that all relevant documentation is provided to our Consultants to ensure smooth and safe running of our clinic and theatre lists. You will also be required to deal with requests from patients and other health care providers through various forms of enquiry so excellent phone and email manner is a must. 

You will have proven experience in administration and customer service as well as excellent communication skills with demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office primarily Excel). Attention to detail and accuracy is essential as is the ability to effectively time manage a busy workload.

The office is open from 7.00 am to 21.00pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 17.00 pm on Saturdays, therefore you should be willing to work flexible hours across the week.
