Job Type: Permanent, Full time and Part time
Working Hours: Various hours, between Monday to Sunday
Salary: £9.50 per hour + time and a half on Saturday and double pay on Sunday
Here at Bolton Community Leisure Trust our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. We provide affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities to support healthier and happier people across all segments of the local community. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Fitness Instructor to join our Leisure centres.
As the fitness instructor you will provide coaching and guidance to our customers and provide a friendly, welcoming, and sociable environment. You will provide advice, guidance, and encouragement to customers in accordance with the customer intimacy health and Fitness programme, ensuring the customer journey always remains excellent.
The role will involve a high level of customer interaction and there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff.
You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free membership plus other various discounts.
About you
The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.
You will also have a good standard of personal presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
It is essential that you have a REP’S level 2 for you to be considered for this role
Although not essential, having either a working background or interest in the leisure industry would be beneficial in your application.
