Transportation is provided between the Hotel and Aviemore Train Station for shifts (Subject to position).

Live in Accommodation is also provided for the role if required.

The Coylumbridge Hotel boasts 292 bedrooms and offers guests the dining selection of an A La Carte Restaurant, a Bistro and an American Diner. The Coylumbridge Hotel is also a popular choice for Conference, Events & Weddings. Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Restaurant Attendant onto the team.

As Restaurant Manager you will be required to;

• Administrate the highest standards of food and beverage services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible for the recruitment, training and development of department staff
• Ensure all control procedures are implemented effectively.

The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a 100+ bedroom hotel. You will communicate effectively with other managers, staff and guests.

The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
