Sports Direct Malysia is currently looking for an Assistant Manager, Administration to join our growing team. 

Malaysia marks the first direct retail investment in Asia through a joint venture partnership with Malaysian owned MST Golf Group of companies, a well-established golf retailer and service provider in the region. Job Description

  • Responsible for overall general admin, maintenance and upkeep of facilities and services at HQ & all retail outlets.
  • Managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Responsible in budget preparation and cost/expenses monitoring & reviewing.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities.

Qualifications

  • At least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 year(s) of hands on working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Pro-active, organized, resourceful, hands-on, result-oriented and good inter-personal skills and time management
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
