This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and outgoing Hospitality or Conference & Banqueting Manager to join our family. Working alongside our fantastic team in our industry leading contract catering company.

As a Hospitality & Conference Centre Manager you will ensure that all locations achieve, as a minimum, the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget and ensure that client expectations of services are consistently met and developed.

• To ensure the Conference Centre operation for Goldman Sachs meets the standards agreed by Baxterstorey and the client.
• To be the front of house face of the department.
• You will be coordinating the execution of day to day Hospitality & Events across the Conference Centre and L1-7 internal meeting rooms. Working closely with the Head of Hospitality and Head of Events you will participate in organizing specific events and directing supervisors and staff ensuring the delivery of an excellent service for the client.
• You will be responsible for managing the client's needs and ensure we deliver requested items on time and in accordance with SOP's.
• You will be responsible to control cost and reconciliation daily accounts procedures.
• You will work closely with the Client Centre Manager to plan and pool resources to ensure all areas of the Client and Conference Centre Hospitality and Events business consistently receive best in class service.

To be considered for the Hospitality & Conference Centre Manager role you be will have a successful background within a similar role in catering, hospitality, or the 5 star hotel market and will possess excellent communication, planning & problem-solving skills and be able to devise and implement strategies to benefit both the company and the client. You will have the ability to display a real passion for customer service and be able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving.
