CONTRACT TYPE – Full Time – Permanent
HOURS OF WORK – 40 hours per week

OVERVIEW
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage Trainer to join our Learning and Development team at The Celtic Collection

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
Having a background in hospitality, you will have a passion for the industry and be enthusiastic about training and have a proven track record in designing, building and delivering interactive and engaging learning experiences for Food and Beverage / Conference and Events teams across all levels. 
You will be an experienced trainer, have excellent communication skills across all levels, be able to engage learners and can prioritise, manage and deliver on objectives within set time scales.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As Food and Beverage Trainer, you will be at the heart of delivering the learning required to inspire and equip our front of house teams across The Celtic Collection’s diverse range of restaurants, from 2 AA Rosette fine dining to award-winning British cuisine, Asian flavours and international buffet.
