WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
As a Hotel Operations Apprentice, you will have a real passion and dedication for all things hospitality with an eagerness to learn the trade. Your excellent communication skills, sparkling personality along with the ability to follow direction and instructions will be second to none. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
This role is varied with no two days the same, you will spend 6 months working within our Food and Beverage operation and 6 months within Front Office (Rooms).  You will be able to learn a great foundation in the world of hospitality whilst been guided by some of the most experienced, energetic and motivational managers in the industry who will hand down their wisdom and experience.
