DEPARTMENT – Ty Hotel - Magor 
RATE OF PAY - £10.75 per hour including benefits!  
CONTRACT TYPE – Full Time – Permanent  
HOURS OF WORK – 37.5 hours per week 
SHIFT DETAILS – 5 days out of 7 

OVERVIEW 
We are looking for a Guest Services Manager to join our team at our T? Hotel 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … 
We are looking for a Guest Services Manager to help maintain and provide excellent guest service at all times.?The ideal candidate will be confident in their approach along with the determination to succeed. You will have experience in a hotel environment. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO … 
As a Guest Service Manager you will be expected to maintain and provide excellent guest service at all times and provide assistance and support to the team. You will maximise sales, to minimise costs and ensure quality standards are met. 
The main responsibilities of a Guest Services Manager are: 
Deputise in the absence of Senior Management 
Carry out Duty Management shifts 
Provide required daily & monthly reports 
Manage and drive quality of hotel and service 
Assist in all reception and food and beverage operations
