We are not looking for just any leisure professional. We are looking for an inspiring, outstanding, ambitious manager to lead our flagship leisure centre – The Meres – Grantham. 

You do need to be commercially minded and have the development of the team at heart to ensure the delivery of the best centre and service to the local community. 

This position comes with a high degree of autonomy, and we will want you to develop and implement your own ideas.

You will be a key part of the company management team reporting to the Contract Manager. 

We need a strong leader and confident communicator with exceptional organisational skills to enable you to prioritise conflicting demands and deliver to deadlines. You will be resilient with the drive and determination to succeed.

Ideally you will already have gained exposure to driving performance in a leisure environment. You will be able to boast significant commercial achievements and give clear examples of how you have supported, developed and inspired your teams.

You will need to be empowering, inspiring your team to support physical activity, and encourage health lifestyles and wellbeing across South Kesteven.
