POSITION SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Front Office department for a Front Office Supervisor. The role is a permanent position, 40 hours over 5 days.  

Main duties include:-

  • Developing and maintaining positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
  • Assisting management in training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating and coaching employees.
  • Promoting a welcoming environment.
  • Checking guests in and out and assisting with any queries during their stay.
  • Answering the telephone and directing accordingly.
  • Ensure all guest complaints are followed up and dealt with professionally and efficiently.
  • Following Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role.

 The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous reception experience within the hospitality sector
  • Excellent IT skills (Knowledge of Opera is ideal)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
  • Analytical capabilities (decision making and problem solving).
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to take the initiative and act with integrity.
