More about your role
You will support the General/Club Manager in the smooth running of the leisure facility. You will support with the hiring and training of staff and where necessary cover shifts and staff breaks. You will assist in reviewing targets with the General/Club Manager and help motivate all staff to achieve targets where required.
Overall your role will ensure that the leisure centre/gym is; welcoming to all customers, all staff put customers first and that customers can achieve their personal fitness and wellbeing aims when attending the leisure facility.

More about you
You should possess a background within the leisure or hospitality industry and have some experience, managing or supervising small teams. You should also have knowledge/experience of back office running of a site, this could include: and be used to reviewing performance against KPIs, understand basic financial performance and Net Promoter Scores. Above all we are looking someone who has a passion for health and fitness and can demonstrate how they put customers first.
