£13 per hour including tronc plus share of additional service

The Lady Ottoline is a beautiful restaurant in the heart of Bloomsbury. With a beautiful bar on the ground floor, a stunning restaurant upstairs and a delightful Private Dining Room it is a firm favourite with locals and visitors from afar.

We are looking for a Chef De Partie who is looking to work in an outstanding kitchen to progress their career working alongside a very passionate and supportive team.

Skills & requirements

• Passionate about your trade & craft
• Would love to become a Sous Chef soon!
• Knowledge of health, food & safety
• Experience in supporting & leading commis chefs & Kitchen assistants
• Experience in working in a fast-paced kitchen
