Executive Support Assistant - Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire

The contract offered for this role will be based on zero hours, however it is anticipated that it will be approximately 8 hours per week. The role will be performed remotely at home, with occasional visits to the office.

Main purpose of the job:

To assist the Chief Executive and the Executive Team (3 Directors) in a variety of tasks.

As well as being highly organised and a confident communicator, you will work efficiently with your time while understanding the importance of discretion and confidentiality.

Key Work Areas:

You will anticipate the upcoming deadlines, needs and responsibilities of the Chief Executive. You will be highly organized and work efficiently with their time while understanding the importance of discretion and confidentiality.

The ideal Executive Support Assistant will: ·

  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Be confident and professional at all times
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
  • Possess strong organisational, prioritising and deadline management skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of the MS Office Suite

Your duties will include but are not limited to: ·

  • Business correspondence and reporting
  • Compilation and distribution of Board Packs, etc
  • Email management, correspondence
  • Arranging internal and external meetings
  • Coordinating company events
  • Organise all travel requirements
  • Raising Purchase Orders/Credit Card transactions
  • Producing presentations and reports for meetings
