Senior Sous Chef - Brighton, East Sussex

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team and deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skills and passion. The ideal candidate will need to be passionate about food, flexible and keen to lead. A self-motivated natural team player that thrives under pressure.

The Minimum Requirements For This Senior Sous Chef Role Include:

  • Experience at the required level
  • Experience in BUSY fresh food kitchen
  • A genuine passion for creating the finest dishes
  • Keen to thrive in the busy kitchen environment
  • A strong personality – someone looking to challenge themselves
  • Local to Brighton
  • Eligibility to live and work in UK

The Role of Senior Sous Chef Will:

  • Day to Day running of the kitchen
  • Strong number two to the Head Chef
  • Handle fresh ingredients, prepare them to the highest standards
  • Maintain a professional manner while under pressure
  • Show willingness to achieve and excel
  • Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety  and COSHH laws are observed
