Baker - Wisley, Guildford

Here at Company of Cooks we operate all restaurants, bars, events and staff catering at the Royal Opera House, the restaurant and café at the National Portrait Gallery, and are being invited to return to the Royal Academy of Arts in Burlington Gardens after their 250th anniversary redevelopment. We are excited to be recruiting for a Baker based at Wisley.

• To prepare and, where necessary, serve all food to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO style
• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
• To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus being prepared and where necessary identify shortages and instigate action to source ingredients
• Attend to customer needs in a polite and helpful manner providing assistance where necessary in line with the CH&CO style
