What you’ll be doing

• Daily visual vehicle checks prior to use
• Drive a truck of people up to the top zip line
• Assist with safety briefs of riders prior to the adventure
• Loading and unloading trolleys and equipment
• Drive customers on Tour using a pre-written tour briefly to present main points to customers

Essential Requirements and skills:

• Shortlisted applicants will be required to pass a training and assessment session
• Have exceptionally high regard for safety
• Be diligent and conscientious
• Experience working with members of the public and ability to communicate clearly
• Customer service
• Able to follow strict procedures consistently and repeatedly
• Able to communicate and consult with and report to Senior Instructors and General Manager
• Able to work alone using own initiative
• Participation in staff meetings as required
• Flexible with the ability to work shifts between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday

Desirable:

• Experience of working within a seasonal staffing environment
• Experience in working across multiple sites
• Welsh-speaking

Contract: Fixed term. Our core season runs March – October but we’re open all year round so there will be some opportunity to work throughout the year. Returners are welcomed and encouraged (returner bonus*). Pay schedule – Monthly pay

Training & Inductions – Successful applicants will be expected to attend a paid 7-day training programme at Zip World

Start date – All successful applicants can start from June 2022
