Social Media Executive - Tring, Hertfordshire

Located within our Tring resort, Head Office is home to our centralised finance function, Senior leadership team and our Marketing team.

We have an exciting role for an experienced Social Media Executive who is energetic, enthusiastic and full of bright ideas. You’ll be the main contributor to the Champneys Resorts and Hotels social media channels with support from the wider team. You’ll have excellent copywriting skills and a natural curiosity that keeps you consistently on top of emerging social media trends.

Experienced working for a luxury brand you’ll be able to create inspiring, on-brand and informative content on a number of themes such as wellness, food, fitness, weddings and spa. This role is a mix of remote and office-based working and is suited to someone who is self-disciplined and enjoys venturing into our spas to capture engaging content regularly.

You’ll be part of a small hardworking Marketing team and report into the Head of Content. This is a unique opportunity to work on a multifaceted brand with lots of growth and progression on the horizon.

Responsibilities:

• Highly organised, ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent planning and delivery of social media assets that fit the brand’s content strategy.
• Creating engaging and informative storytelling in the Champneys tone of voice.
• Constantly delivering new exciting ideas and contributing to creative brainstorms.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to capture great imagery on a mobile phone.
• Assisting with the planning and execution of influencer activity and events.

Ideal candidate will poses;

• 2 to 3 years’ experience working for a luxury brand in content-led social media.
• Excellent written English with copywriting experience.
• Degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Creative Writing or another relevant creative field.
• Experienced using Photoshop, Canva, Figma or other creative tools.
• Professional photography and video skills preferred but not essential.
