Sales Manager - Hand Picked Hotels, Guernsey
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Hand Picked team on the beautiful island of Guernsey. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to take the next step in their career.
The role of Sales Manager will be predominantly be based from St Pierre Park Hotel but will oversee our three Hotels to include Fermain Valley Hotel and Braye Beach Hotel in Alderney.
The Hotel Sales Manager will devise and execute a sales activities to support our Guernsey and Alderney hotels’ commercial plans, including overseeing our corporate clients, to manage and develop a portfolio of corporate accounts and to drive bedroom, event and other revenue into the hotels.
You will work as part of the Hotel Management team and will be provided with Hand Picked management training and guidance to support you in your role.
About You:
To meet the requirements of this role you will have experience as a sales manager or in a customer service role ideally from within the hospitality, travel or tourism sector or an upscale service environment and demonstrate strong communication and inter-personal skills.
This is a Full Time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with some Saturdays on a rota basis for client appointments.

Fermain Valley Hotel is a 4 star luxury hotel in Guernsey, near St Peter Port. The complex features three restaurants, terrace, indoor pool, cinema & the Venue which is a dedicated conference, banqueting and events suite
Braye Beach Hotel has 27 bedrooms, a boardroom, breakout areas, private cinema/auditorium, a bar and brasserie with sea views and The Vaults restaurant and cocktail bar.
