Breakfast Chef required - daytimes

The Inn at West End, Woking, Surrey, GU24 9PW

Note - this is a LIVE-OUT position - NO accommodation

Shift Hours:

• 6am to 2pm - 2 days a week
• 10am - 5pm - 2 days a week
• 8am - 3pm Sundays

Responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership and or supporting on the Breakfast service – prepping, cooking, plating dishes to the Company specifications
• Prepping to support the section Chefs for the following service
• To maintain the highest standard of food preparation, cooking and storage at the site
• Take an active role in cost reduction, control of resources and portion control
• Working in line with Barons’ Food Safety, Health & Safety requirements, policies and procedures – effectively contributing to maintaining a safe working environment
• Effectively communicating with the Kitchen and FOH teams
• Assisting with the mentoring and training of Kitchen Porters
• Working with the Head Chef to meet Barons key business objectives: that the site will be run professionally, profitably, efficiently, and compliantly
